We sell a similar product at the office where I work and we had a patient call and tell me to relay the message my boss that he "got it on his wiener and didn't know how to make the burning stop" and I think I laughed for 4 months straight I'm still laughing a year later.

 

Some people have very sensitive skin, so a good alternative is to get a carrier oil and dilute it down; I use a 1:10 mint/jojoba for my beard and moustache, and it still has a fairly potent aroma. If you have comedogenic problems with jojoba, which some people do, you could always try argan or hemp.
