I never could get TTS working with Forker either. I'm sure I'm just missing something although I did check and box, I don't hear anything other than the new hit alert sound.

 

Did you enable it? Do you have an include list?

 

I checked the TTS box and I imported from Overwatch, maybe that's the problem.

 

They get a green outline also, so I know they are on my include I just get no TTS.

 

What is your include list sound set to? You need to change it to TTS.
