So, I forgot about this until just now, but we were camping at Pismo and some of Matt's more interesting co-workers were around. One of the interns was super drunk (whateves) and asking real annoying questions he thought were deep I guess? At one point, he asks me, "If an artist made a sculpture of Medusa SO REALISTIC, do you think it would come alive and turn him to stone?"

me: ....no. Nope. Definitely a no.

Intern: SO YOU JUST HATE ART THEN?!

1 jar salsa
1 packet trader joe's taco seasoning
1,200g boneless skinless chicken breast (slice it thin)
2 cans double Q wild alaskan salmon
2 cups steel cut oats (its basically powder, if you get the oatmeal stuff you're doing it wrong but its fine)
1 cup brown rice
2 cans no sodium black beans (sub 1 can for lentils when bored)
1 can no sodium red kidney beans
340g chopped kale
1/4c EVOO
6 eggs
grab veggies, throw in at will
2 cups of water

...hmm I think that's it but I may be forgetting random pieces
