    This.
    Literally the entire thing all into one crock-pot, high for 3-4 hrs, split into 2 containers/day, it makes 4 days of food lunch/dinner. Breakfast is optional if maintaining/cutting, mandatory for gaining weight. Its roughly 1700cal/day, throw in a 250cal yogurt, 50-80cal kambucha, and nuts/fruits to fill in other areas of need. Bagel/protein shake for ++cals when req'd.

    Its <1hr total of meal prep per week and serves its purpose, YMMV.

    I was in college, I wanted to be healthy but didn't have time (edit: or money) so I put together the closest thing I could to an all-around "healthy" diet with the available information on the Internet/textbooks at the time & mostly just stuck with it :dunno:
