06/15 - Finally Friday!

i just got a kitten 2 weeks ago. im in love with her but now she's leaping, jumping, and biting and getting into stuff she shouldn't be (houseplants).

 

When the weather is nice (i.e. not 100+ degrees of firey hell) I leave the sliding door open with the screen shut so charlie can watch the birds at the hummingbird feeder and seed feeder

she sits there for hours and chirps at them

I imagine the chirps are "I will break all your bones and digest your marrow" but it sounds super cute

 

She'll be doing that for the rest of her life.

I've been told by many they work like poop....cleaning the box issn't as bad as you think if you keep up with it scooping daily....then just change out the litter once a week and wash the pan. Buying the right litter is key though.

My parents have a little box with a powered carbon air filter in it. Such a huge difference although you still need to clean it.
