    I emailed them and they were quick to respond. The requester said they could probably get me approved... but honestly that was 100% our fault for not reading the whole title and that invalidates their study so I'm okay with taking that hit to my approval rating.

    Email them and explain what happened if you want to avoid a rejection. I suggested they put up some screeners on the first page and they seemed thankful for that.
