You judge the expiration time by the duration + the time the HIT appeared on scraper (or forum if you're panda'ing something exported here, don't use this for tv reviews though it'll be highly inaccurate).

So if a HIT posts at 2PM w/ a 60 minute duration, you'd wanna start panda'ing it at like 2:50 and turn it off ~3:10, give or take whatever you believe good tolerances to be.
