Now, 4chan... That's a site I cannot defend. Never actually been there, but from what I've heard they definitely live up to their reputation.

 

If we're being honest, it's just my sleep deprived attempt at humor, by saying the things which matter most to me are those which matter least.

I'll confess it can sometimes be awkward to be making use of both sites simulteneously.

Joking aside, Lastpass is great for pretty much all "not going to destroy my life if they get hacked" sites, whereas Keepass is good for the "finances and remember where I dumped the bodies". It's a lot easier to remember one password. [And I have a tendency to pick stupid secure passwords, which is likely overkill for, saying, logging into UPS.]

Today I learned Big Bird almost went into space. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

 

about to clone my hard drive to this new one, much needed upgrade!

Any thoughts on the builtin OSX password manager? Now I feel the need to be more secure about my accounts

After reading these post I think I might switch back to keepass from lastpas. I got a free year so I figured I would try it and I loved it so I decided to make my main manager. But now I'm super paranoid and will probably be switching back lol.

 

Just hit the turk wall. Going let overwatch/pandas do their thing while I check this stuff out...and watch latest Walking Dead.

The C drive is a SSD.

Also if you are wondering why I have a nearly empty drive called a scratch disk... (I only use it for temp data)

Just to be clear, there's no reason you shouldn't be using both. Lastpass is great for pretty much all your web stuff, whereas keepass is great for the stuff you'd never want saved. I use it for banks, safe combo, and to keep track of my license number [for when you have to enter that somewhere], credit card numbers [who wants to go get their wallet when they're ordering a new sextech toy and kill that momentum?!] and so on.

updated FF to 64 bit yesterday...find out today java isn't supported in 64 bit. have to downgrade to 32 just to do Acmes again. sigh
