    mother frigg! Still haven't found any fleas on the furry ones since we ended up in that house that was a flea nightmare, but I just killed 2 that kept landing on me.

    Most flea treatments are supposed to kill on contact, so that might be why? Diatomaceous earth is also effective against fleas.

    Bearnie is shockingly flea free, which is the real surprise, given his allergies. I think we luckily only tracked in a few and haven't given them much ability to reproduce.

    We have stuff for the carpet that we used, a few of those little fucks are just hiding from my destruction. This is why we were both so upset when it happened, fleas are the friggen worst.

    Someone I know has a bag of DE in their kitchen (for eating, no thanks) and I promptly burst into laughter and said, "I rub that stuff into my pets and furniture to kill fleas!" She insisted it wasn't the same stuff, cause this was food grade. Yeah, SAME EXACT STUFF. Also...just because something is food grade doesn't mean it's a good idea to eat large quantities of, but they have a hippy nutrition advisor who tells them all sorts of things that go against their doctor and I can't make people in their 30s listen to reason.

    I only have my laptop. Sometimes I'll use the second monitor in my office, but most times just do it all with virtual desktops.
