I can share a batch w/ 3 people who will submit more tasks than the 100 folks on HN combined.

I'm not saying there's no correlation, but I do think its overstated. The people making huge impact on batches aren't on HN lol. 200 people versus the # active on mTurk at any given time is nothing to boot.

Oh, nvm, the technicality of the way you wrote that makes it make sense. But I contend it being spread through smaller work groups of highly prolific workers trumps HN by 100 fold IMO.

So is HN a forum or is it just that one page that updates hits? You would think those hits have been picked over by the time it gets to hit notifier...

Ahhh...so it's even after all the people in forums have already seen the hit.

 

depending on the export it can grab it and post it up for others. that's why when we see batches like c-sats and others we don't post most of the exports

 

Hit finder's exports are the only things that make it to HN at this point anyways so
