@ChrisTurk if you have to contact a requester to get them to pay your bonus and they still manage to do it a day later than promised, that's pretty shoddy communication, right?

The bonus was initially promised to pay out nearly a week before I had to message them.

 

I'd much rather be looking at houses than a second year med student going all captain McStabby on some poor girl's inside lady parts. But that's just me...

My review fell off their page on TV anyway so it's not helpful now.

 

We found a house we really liked that Matt had seen while I was on vacay, and someone made an offer while I was standing in it today.

On the upside, they made an offer too low and the owners rejected it cause they are so firm on asking, so we're debating if we will make an offer tonight that is for asking or not cause we already have full pre-approval and our offer pretty much goes thru immediately without any fuss, so we could be dicks and snipe it basically >.>

Luckily, we have super nice little old lady real estate agents that do not pressure us at all. We had a pushy lady before that and she drove us NUTS. She kept trying to get us to buy a house over the range we wanted because, "Come on. You can afford it." Uh...no thank you Grinch.
