Update Java and make sure you give it permission to run when you load the HIT, it should have a little popup outside of Firefox with the Java logo asking you if it can load content or something. That's the only thing I can think of as far as extra steps go

 

yep, it was. I don't even have internet explorer any longer only that new one that MickiSoft wants to use to take over my machine. I do NOT want that piece of junk ...

internet explorer is included with windows 10 unless you uninstalled it for some reason.

I do want to do Cliff DesPeaux can be an underpaid .20/.25 a minute probably while it is slow but the answers could literally be any option lol and I don't have that much trust in a req for a nickel

Perhaps the OEMS uninstall it but every time I have done a clean install of windows 10 it has been installed.. with edge being installed as well ofc.
