    Same thing happened to me. I just wrote what happened in the confirmation code box and provided my worker ID and submitted. I hope it doesn't get rejected

    Same here, I caught it but didn't get a code. I'm using Firefox as well.
    Hopefully the requester got my responses, if not I hope they will be fair about the compensation.
