Did anyone do that algebra test HIT yesterday and feel like they were undercompensated? I spent 2 hours on that HIT and they didn't even tell me if I got the problems right like they were supposed to. It was only $6 payout and I had done another math task somewhat similar a few days prior and was paid $15 for an hour of my time and the problems required much less.

So this is the tracing I'm going to use to get it on the cake. I've got a pretty fool proof method of printing out the design backwards, taping it to cardboard, frosting on top of saran wrap, freezing it, and flipping it onto the cake. So this is the plane part. Just putting it over a generic field and sky.

Compared to some math HITs, it was low. And if you spent 2 hours on it, then of course you'll feel undercompensated. But some spent just 30 minutes on it. I don't know how they did it that quick, but a few reported that back as the time. I did it for close to an hour and that was half assing a few of them, but I also wasted more time than necessary on others. I'm always slower on math HITs than others though because I'm trying to get it all right instead of just get through it. The latter is the best approach.

How long does it usually take for reviews on turkopticon to be updated in to the average score?

Goodness. He has more up. Make sure you avoid them. Especially newer turkers who don't have room for the rejections, don't be tempted by what looks like good pay.
