    requester got back with me immediately when I derped on remembering to write down my completion code
    Cons:
    required to download a proprietary browser (A/V said it was safe)
    will not let you proceed if you have multiple monitors connected
    must write down long completion code (spelled out in HIT instructions) -- copy/paste doesn't play well between browsers
