Cons:
It is pretty clear that the author of the survey's native language is not English. This made understanding the intent of the questions very difficult.

Pros:
Once you are used to completing these and get the hang of using the address verifying tool, these are a snap.
Cons:
Unfortunately not all the callers are easy to understand, and sometimes they don't spell things out. Also, when the audio clip is empty or the caller doesn't provide the requested information you are stuck returning the HIT.
