    I feel like I shouldn't have my adblock going for those, but opening random webpages without adblock doesn't sound fun.

    Outside of the hits that break when you turn adblock on (the weird survey ones in the iframe) I would just leave adblock enabled at all times.

    I do, but those hits are looking for appropriate or inappropriate content and adblock would block ads so it would be hard to tell.

    exactly, never turn off ADBLOCK for batch hits that want you to search multiple pages.
