    I do like my instant pot. Does a really good job at stewing a chicken. It completely falls apart. I also cook a lot of pork butts and shoulders. Ooh, and it does a good job with dried beans, you don't have to soak overnight. I usually just soak them for an hour or two and then cook.

    I've also considered air fryers cause I'm easily sucked in by infomercials but since I have a convection toaster oven it seems silly to buy something I don't really need that takes up a lot of space.
