About cholesterol, I haven't had a problem with it even though I've been doing the diet for a while. Last month I had a blood panel and everything was spot on. I do track what I eat though and I try to work out.

Oh yea, it's not guaranteed and anything can work in moderation since that's really the key to any diet, but when Atkins was REALLY big and you could get low carb everything I knew people eating nothing but bacon and steak and eggs and ground beef for every meal. Atkins got in deep shit for awhile because initially they were just like... eat all the fat you want as long as it isn't attached to carbs.

I don't remember doing a qual test for them? But, I can do these hits? When I search my DB, it shows I've not done any of them before. Whats up with that?

I think we can chalk that up to people just following the trend and actually not reading up on the diet/going to a nutritionist/doctor before changing diets.
