    I can see why he would .Surfboard has always been a cable modem and cable modem/router brand. First I've heard of them making a standalone router. Wtf .

    The real question is why the fuck did motorola use the surfboard brand for a router.

    Yeah it is ezpz for anyone that can setup basic computer shit. And that is a router actually even if we thought that it was a modem because of the surfboard name... smh

    The only reason I could get through setting anything like that up is because with the right combination of words the step-by-step how-to is somewhere on the first page of google for every fringe issue that would invariably pop up.

    I honestly don't know computer shit. All I did was type in my router name, model and googled "how to set up 'modem brand' 'model".

    Also, if it's new, it'll have instructions.
