Yea, but sorting/parsing it into something that is meaningful seems kind of unlikely to me because of just how much stuff people tend to accept with no intention of actually completing haha.

I think collecting, cleaning, and parsing abandonment rate data is probably the most complicated metric of the ones I'd like to snag off folks in the future.

It may end up being something that is at least partially user submitted (ie, on return prompting for feedback on why, but not displaying it as a full-on review, maybe like a blurb section on the sidebar of a Req page, etc etc) but honestly idk. When I look at my return rate data its like 90% noisy junk, only a handful of returns would actually be meaningful to share w/ other people.
