This is what Skeeter tries to do mid-walk and he doesn't care if that means running into someone's yard to jump up a tree:

 

He has really bad separation anxiety, he doesn't go far but when he gets out he likes to run in huge circles around me which would put him in a busy road. It's not as bad if he gets out the back door since there's a big courtyard and he mostly will stay in it if he gets out. The problem is he forgets all his commands the second he steps outside off leash. I'm really hoping that training will fix that, the trainer said we could even have classes outside of the store at somewhere like a park to train that.

So I am finally brave enough to fill out a job application just to find out I need 2 professional references from former employers.
