    Lol YEAH. If you seal the top of a chimney when you think the bats have left for the day, you might find that baby bats are still inside and the mama bat will do anything to get back to them.

    This happened to my neighbor growing up. We told her not to do that and we had bat houses in our trees (super cool to watch them swoop around the back yard every night to decimate the mosquitoes) AND IT DID NOT END WELL FOR HER. Talk about bat-a-palooza. She pissed off the wrong mom bat and that bat came barging the hell in thru a window screen, none too pleased about being cut off from her tiny baby bats.:emoji_laughing:

    Would sending her bits of things from home make it better or worse? Like a care package of things she can't get in Seattle? They sell "homesick candles" that smell like your home state. Does she like bubble baths or lotions or anything that smells good and is relaxing? Would she appreciate you having food delivered from somewhere in Seattle? Can you somehow have alcohol delivered to her? Maybe gift her a night out on the town with gift certificates or something? Send an umbrella and jacket because it's always fucking wet and cold? :emoji_shrug:

    May not be helpful given I'm assuming you were young.. but did this legit work? I've always put it off because it seems more myth than something I'd expect a noticeable difference with (& legit bat boxes are expensive lol) but.. forreal, I've been spraying ever increasing amounts of poison for years trying to fight those fucking things and its never made a difference. Hell half of our (..well, I guess MY now you traitor) state has pesticide sprayed over it from the air every year & nadda.

    But I swear to all that is holy 20 of these little shits showed up and the bugs are just gone. :leftyhyperflail::leftyhyperflail::leftyhyperflail:
