He's been known to hard-block folks in the past, so I imagine if you really suck at them you could get perma-blocked from them, but as long as you're a native English speaking American who has a decent attention span you'll be fine haha

I was just adding another relevant factor, not arguing :)

Tho, I went from normal levels of healthy eating to eating wayyyy more protein a day while simultaneously less fat, and lemme tell ya, MY WALLET IS ON FIRE! Reading the nutrition labels on everything has blown my mind, cause even in comparing brands of the same item, JUST YIKES. It's easy to see why people make the sacrifices they do.

Dude. Seriously? You can't even spring for actual filets of salmon?!

Tho, also, we could compare the cost of a can of salmon vs other things per oz in cost, and it's still more expensive than a lot of things in a can. I was on a really sad budget at one point in time and that woulda been wayyyy out of my budget to go with a meal lol.

ALSO, ARE YOU MY CAT?! I FEED THAT TO MY CAT.

If you only do protein:$ ratio sure, tons of stuff is cheaper (hello, tuna), but go salmon b/c less mercury/etc etc and its by far the best value proposition in terms of health.. at least that 18ish y/o CT could find at the time :p

And damn skippy I still use that stuff. Filets don't have the skin/spine. There is no price you can put on eating the spine of a formerly living creature.

@CorvusSapiens I actually had a mild meltdown about this recently, when comparing things in the store. I have a soft spot for turkey hotdogs post workout and the brand that was 2.99-3.99 had 8gm/fat per hotdog while applegate (which I spring for) is 3.5/dawg but like 6.99 on a good day.

And all that little stuff adds up over time. I was doing the math on just avoiding stuff with certain things in them and the differences added up fast.

I can feel the salmonella from here.

Costco sells canned salmon too. It's pretty good.
