    I use google voice and an MVNO because I'm a poor/cheap ass.
    I'm almost always on WiFi, then on the rare occasion I'm not, I have a small free data plan from the MVNO, and can buy more as needed.

    When did pindrop come back? Their stuff is great btw if you haven't ever worked for them. I can't do these as I don't have a voice assistant but their previous stuff didn't require that.

    You know, I know it will never happen, because it would mean Amazon putting time/effort into the mturk platform, but it would really be nice if there was a decent API for requesters to to get demographic information directly from mturk, in a clean and uniform way, in order to pre-fill redundant stuff on surveys. Then I could stop having to tell these surveys basic things about me 80 times a day.

    I know amazon threw up those demographic surveys that generate quals, and that was supposed to be an aid in what I'm looking for, but no requester uses that properly because it's a pain.
