I used to move around a lot while I was in college and I have been around my city enough to know how the coverage is. The way I see it is Verizon is great but expensive, AT&T sucks and is expensive (some regions they are good though), TMobile is good and cheap.

Uhhh yea lol. I worked for one for six years and I assure you 1000's upon 1000's upon 1000's call their carriers every single day. Bill questions, technical help, plan changes, service interruptions, complaints, the list goes on and on.

Plus, not everyone is a millennial (like us @Randomacts) who knows how to effectively use a computer to solve all of those problems.

    Oh and good morning everyone

I would rather walk into a store then deal with calling any company though..

On a side note if you ever need support for comcast the only two ways worth doing are https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/ and https://twitter.com/comcastcares

Any other method of contacting them (like calling) and you may as well be talking to a wall.

Me. Had to deal with Verizon a lot a couple years ago for a pretty difficult reason and they were exceptionally helpful when I was having a bullshit time dealing with a lot of other companies so I appreciate that immensely. By comparison it took Matt a buttload of time to even upgrade his plan when he moved to a smartphone with At&T.

That's very true. When I worked their we would literally get people calling in because they couldn't get a dial tone on their cell phone. And a lot of people just prefer the interaction of dealing with a real human over something automated.

A lot of people use the mid 90s as a cut off.

To me it's more a descriptor of a persons personality rather than age.

Millennials (also known as Generation Y) are the demographic cohort following Generation X. There are no precise dates for when this cohort starts or ends; demographers and researchers typically use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years.

I technically fall into the group.
