    If you're wondering how much Amazon makes from ONE survey. OMG.

    Thank you for your participation. To answer your question, 1) Our approved budget is AUD 15 per questionnaire, apart from the payment 7.2 USD for one subject, we have to pay another 3.5 USD per questionnaire to Mturk. In total it is about 10.8 USD per questionnaire. 2) Our questionnaire is put on several different platforms, so the paypal is for subjects from other platforms. If you have choosn paid by Mturk, you will receive it from your Mturk account. No worries.

    I think in general when this happens it's best to return the HIT. One of the few rejections I've ever gotten was from submitting a chat HIT where the other worker disconnected halfway through our chat. And yes eventually it'll time out.
