Oh yeah and nicotine withdrawals are so minor. - I think a lot of what made stopping smoking so hard was lying to myself and pretending that I was actually experiencing nicotine withdrawals. Maybe I was slightly more irritable? IDK. I don't really think so.

Shit I think a lot of people imagine the withdrawals of nicotine just because they are told time and time again that nicotine is addictive. For many people I think it's just all in their head

 

Mine is more of a mental thing. In the morning when I wake up,right after I eat and right before bed. Those are my triggers.

 

I actually accidentally quit some years ago when I was using ecigs. I accidentally ordered a bunch of 0mg carts without realizing it, and it was a week before I saw that little 0 on the cart (shitty blue ecigs from back in the day). I had also recently switched birth control methods so I thought my anger at everyone was that lol.

Then I started again a few months later..... -_-

 

It was the same for me. Just habits and routines. But like why do you have those habits and routines? What are the actually accomplishing? Nothing. It's weird
