    Fair enough :) I know they might not give the most unbiased reply, but you might want to try contacting them. As long as it comes off as legitimate curiosity rather than "hey, how quickly can I get through your hits with you not rejecting me", they might have some valuable info, because they seem to want realistic data about people using these products, and if a task only takes you 10 minutes instead of 20, that's better data than goofing off for another 10 minutes. Not sure how communicative they are, but might be worth a shot, it seems like a fair question.
