I thought that separation anxiety thing wasn't too common. Apparently it is. My family's dog has it so bad. He's gotten used to being home when all the humans are away, but that's because they have another dog there with him. They never were able to crate train either. He broke every cage they put him in. Couldn't section him off in another part of the house either because he'd rip up carpet, chew on doors til his mouth would bleed. He has free rein now and when the humans go away on vacation, my brother normally stays there so he doesn't lose his damn mind. Also forgot to mention, he has jumped out a two story window to find them next door at my grandma's house. (no, they didn't know the window was open)

He's cute though.

We have property out of town. It's an acre on the lake down south of us. I forgot to pay our property taxes so someone purchased the lien on it TUESDAY. I called today because I just remembered and now I'm 2 days too late. So...to get it back is going to be almost another 500 bucks. AND I MISSED DOLAN'S. This is enough to make me start cussing.

That sucks!!!!!!!! While I was reading I nearly had a heart attack reading "I forgot to pay our property taxes so someone purchased the lien on it TUESDAY". I am glad you get to keep the land with a lake even though you have to pay a lot of money to keep it. Sounds like good recreational property.
