I think I looked at that requester bbefore are those a closed qual or is some of their stuff closed qual

Probably a bad example. It's a closed qual, and no one really knows how to get the qual anymore. Or if it'll ever be given out again.

Um, the point I was trying to make was that I'd like to contribute to the turk community.

 

it is a very good closed qual. but impossible to get since i've been around.
