    Ugh. I read that while I was eating lunch. Might I suggest you increase the amount of fiber in your diet and/or take some laxatives. and drink more water. As for your other problem, I've never had an issue. Tucks maybe?

    I did a search for "wheeled stool" and a ton came up . . . you don't mention color/etc, so maybe if you do the same search you can find the color/size/features you would prefer. They're not expensive at all! :)

    They also make chairs where the arms fold up so it fits closer to the desk. I got this one at costco. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this model. I don't think it's the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in would have preferred one with some cushioning instead of the mesh and a higher back but I love that the arms fold back so I can push it out of the way.
