I have had so many instances where I know an address, but I google it and it's like it doesn't exist. So that leaves streetview matching only, then you get there and see 5 of the same place. Sorry, but not risking my qual on an exterior shot and a name match unless the exterior is unique.

side note: I switched from lightshot to shareX, and I'm liking it. Too many features than I need, but pretty speedy and multiple options for upload destinations. I'm using imgur album dedicated to my screenshots.

I just get so many condos and split units and apartments. Which wouldn't be a bad thing if they were all one address, but they're actually different numbers even in the same building which makes it about impossible to figure out which is which. Zillow is no help in unit specific shit like that.

They better hold out. I'm trying to get to at least 2k of them done today.

 

The only thing I've learned from this batch is that if you have a couple closets in your house and you throw a sleepable surface (even questionably so) in it... bam, multifamily duplex/triplex/fourplex worth a cool mil.

My favorite one was a triplex split into 3 units each. So, 1 house, 3 addresses, 9 units. Mofo, that's an apartment complex, not a "house."

 

Well, that's a goal.
