also, they put a 40-minute timer on this even though it takes like 3-4 minutes just to rate one word lmao

 

I always knew people in San Diego lived like this from all of my friends thinking their life mission was to live in California, but damn seeing it at this level is crazy.

 

The only thing I'm learning is that we're in the wrong business.

Apparently owning real estate in the Bay Area is more profitable than clicking on things for pennies.

 

Trying to motivate my self because I paid my Real estate and Personal Property taxes today. However I am only at 3 hours on appen and 6.5 on mturk so I am not thinking it is going to happen..

 

I love finding things on Zillow and seeing that it sold for 150k in 1991 and is now worth 1.2 million dollars.
