Starts off long then shortens up. I ended up getting some answers wrong. You have to then read a paragraph. Get that wrong, you then write something out.

Left some feedback, I had a few bugs when I did this.

Oh yeah, watch out for those. When you purchase a trailer like that, you only get the trailer and not the land that it is sitting on because those are two separate things. If you buy a trailer, you then have like 30 days to move it or you have to pay something crazy like $40 a day to the property owner or lose it to them. Also, you don't get to go into the houses before you buy them. The one that we bought for $400 needed a new kitchen floor. But we bought it 4 years ago and rented it immediately after fixing the floor. The rent we collected from it paid for the floor the first year and other than the taxes we pay on it every year, all the rest has been gravy.

It looks like a trailer that would be in one of the trailer parks near me. But now that I think about it, that is a big drug user place, so you may be right.

Lol yeah. I'm a bird and Matt is a pilot and an aero engineer- of course we fly! I either had to learn or miss out on a lot of time with him. We both worked at a private airport as well. He restored an original Piper Cub that belonged to his great grandfather and spent like 3000+ hours on it. We also have a much shittier cub that needs at least another thousand hours of work on it before it can leave the ground without immediately murdering us hahahaha. He was on CNN (and a bunch of other stuff ) for building a super Grinchin' open cockpit plane back in 2016/2017 and I brag about how smart he is constantly cause I'm proud
