    To be fair, some people on mturk do some shoddy work, and I wouldn't doubt that there are thirdies with stolen US-based accounts abusing VPNs to submit US-only work.

    While commenting on this issue, please consider that you are a part of a really nice community, "MA FORUM"

    There are ten/hundreds thousands of many workers out there, who does not give a shit about the requester side of the work and just grab money as they can in ANY way. There are some bots out there, but the real problem is these people.

    Soon, seriously soon, you may see requesters who only give quals to the people who are registered in here or somewhere else.

    100% agree with this but the whole bot thing is being stupidly overblown by people who aren't bothering checking beyond the hype or even looking into what would be required to make something like this.

    ohhh yeah I forgot about that guy.
    and that would be a good idea, but you gotta think that some of these requester are people unwilling to pay a living wage to an actual person on mturk so they break up the work into pieces and hope for the best
