In my 20 or so years out here this was the only one that made me say "hmmmm" Tiny lil pupper but wicked close so really felt it and the noise is very odd/scary

It's horrible. Imagine a Sticky hit, but during the calibration it also shows you a string of 4-6 letters/numbers on the dots randomly, for a half second, that you have to memorize while doing it perfectly or you have to do it again, also each one lasts like 5 minutes. I got through 1 out of who knows how many trials. First one took me 4 tries, gave up on try 3 of the second. Every one of those, I would have bet money I had the code correct. Assuming it does finally accept your "quiz answer", it takes like 10 minutes to upload.

Compound this with confusing ass directions, and it's just a recipe for nope.

So, NOPE.

California: I was told there would be mild, sunny weather and instead it's been hail, snow, wind storms, earthquakes, and fires for the past 11 months.

Everyone here is incredibly paranoid about the "next big one" since we live between 4 fault lines (lmao to that) and the last really big one destroyed the town in the 50s. I usually think that a semi-truck is passing by and then wonder why the dogs are flipping out...belatedly realize it was a baby land shaker. And then you can count on everyone in the town to talk about it for the next 3 weeks or until the next bizarre weather event.

Just punch the next one in the face dude. I'm told earthquakes run away when you stand your ground. Or was that the bears? I always get the two so mixed up.

I stopped trying to explain this to people back east...they all think Cali is Baywatch beech weather.... that is like 20% of the state and the rest the weather is fucked. SF nights are colder on you than 10 degree winter in NH. They don't get it.

 

That's because California = LA when people talk about the weather being so nice. No one in Death Valley enjoys the weather.
