General feedback (to all workers): Try to ask more complex questions if possible that require more reasoning. One example that I saw involved a person (1) eating a chili pepper (2, which the AI thought was a carrot). 'What is 1 chewing?' is a good question, but an even better question is “What will happen to 1’s mouth after eating 5?” (You can also ask both questions, even if they contain some info in common, since they ask about different angles.). Similarly, some yes/no questions might be better off as more open-ended questions as this way they'll require more reasoning (e.g. instead of 'Is 1 hunting?' the question 'Why is 1 holding a gun?' might be better. Last, I've also noticed a tendency to ask yes/no questions whose answer is 'yes' - if you ask a lot of yes/no questions, please try to ask more yes/no questions whose answer is No, which will help the AI learn more .
