    mturk blocks (purple panda, inability to accept even though you're qualified) are scary bad news, so that's why RA doesn't want anyone to get confused. a requester saying "no thanks plz go away" is no big deal, you just can't work for them.

    i understand what you're trying to say, noah himself is blocking you within the hit, not through mturk. but the term 'block' carries a scary association with mturk so it's unfortunate he used that term to confuse people.
