As far as the reviews go, go ham on repeating, the more reviews the better, as experiences can vary and change over time.

Exports, most people aren't going to be grumpy with you for exporting one that's already been posted. To me it just lets me know something is popular and I should probably look into it.

I've largely just been reviewing, and not exporting, unless it looks to be awesome, and I didn't qualify, then I'll sometimes export.

All the same, moral of the story is export and review to your heart's content
