    The only thing I can think of to avoid cherry picking would be to take what's leftover at the end of a batch and repost the more difficult ones for a few extra pennies (for the base pay). Definitely not ideal from your perspective, though.

    I try my hardest not to cherry pick because that's not fair to you/other workers because I figure having varying quality matters too, but sometimes my brain goes full-on potato and I end up returning like 20 in a row. Then as soon as I grab an easier one, I'm back into the swing of things and end up powering through the more difficult ones, so sometimes it's really just a matter of finding a groove. There are a very small amount that are flat out impossible - like a complete blur with no defining shapes. I figure you'll end up catching those on the other side anyway eventually, and there are so few of them it's not a big deal at all.

    Above all, thanks again for being this awesome. I genuinely can't think of any other requester that actually cares enough to interact with us for more than a few minutes. And to be honest, humanizing yourself to us probably helps you get better data. Whenever I type a lazy question, I'm like "but nooo, he'll be so disappointed in me, I can do better"
