For sure good question! In general I think it'd be better if you asked different questions (for the same image) as often times a lot going on. For sure, sometimes there's a lot of a/r possibilities and that's why it's best to pick one reasonable answer, mark it possible or unlikely and move on if that's the case. You're also welcome to reference untagged objects (particularly as they relate to what actions the people are doing or might be doing).
