Water is included (the only thing included lol). And the septic is just toast and the septic dudes said it has been for years and that the inspection would have definitely come back that it was borked when the lady bought this place super recently so they just didn't care. Matt is booking a hotel since the landlord will not even respond to us at this point. It smells like poop. My bathroom looks like a murder scene, except poop and not blood.

If it makes you feel better, we have orangeberg pipes running out to the sewer which is essentially pipes made of wood pulp. They started to deform and begin to collapse last year, we initially got a quote of $20,000 to install new pipe, which is fucking insane. They finally gave a week or two ago and if we run the water too much sewage backs up in our basement.

Had another dude out here yesterday who quoted us $3,500.... so that's nice. About to get our yard obliterated but at lease we'll be able to shit without worrying that'll end up in the basement.
