Normally I'm team 'hourly is the only thing that matters' and while that hit does suck, sometimes I don't mind a boring, low effort, relaxed hit if I can listen to a podcast or watch tv while doing it.

Basically, it's not a great hit, but it can serve a purpose. You can't grind all day long. If it had a longer timer it would be worth a panda.
