Yup, when I used to run, I'd have them in even if I wasn't listening to anything just so people would leave me alone.

 

got my new rocker shoes today so far MUCH better than the last ones but we haven't hit the 6 hr mark yet. I walked to the end of the block and back with my crutches (oh and Dave in case I couldn't make it back). My back and leg were hurting by the time I got to the end of the block but it was muscles aching rather then the feeling someone was driving a knife into my spine so I think the shoes will help just going to have to take it slow and see how much progress I can make.
