    Cause taco abuelita is particular about how she makes her tacos and she knows the optimal amount of cheese. Now, I wouldn't argue that her cheese judgement is solid, but I just don't usually eat quite that much cheese anymore cause...well, my waistline. We have a cheese based understanding. She also occasionally makes turkey tacos and she knows I will be very excited about this when she sees me because I've made conversation with my limited spanish spanglish skills and she knows I'm trying to keep dat ass tight.
