I’m insane

Tbh, I’ve been increasingly anxious and kinda depressed since matt’s accident and it helps me to just literally walk it off. When everything feels like it’s spinning out of control, I can still just put one foot in front of the other and I can accomplish at least that one thing and not think about anything but the trail for a bit. It’s a good way to clear my mind and kinda evens me out. That’s why I’ve grown to love it so much, it’s been just as good for mental health as my fitness.

I hope the lady love starts feeling better sooner rather than later. I hate that she’s still going thru all that.

 

Do they care about that stuff in Eastern Europe? Not really up to date on their social faux pas.

I'm substantially more prone to repeating letter typos when I'm tired, and I'm always tired now T_T

 

Matt is friends with this guy and his roommate legit stole his long time gf and they ran off together.

They both still work at the same company and we all ended up on the same camping trip by accident this year. It was hella awkward turtle.

 

That sounds like a really good episode of a romsitcom.

 

I have a Russian wife married to one of the engineers as a friend and she would MURDER YOU over that type of thing.

But, it’s also possible Russian women are just extra feisty.
