I talked to their live chat last night and they said to 'wait 24 hours' - which it has been. Should I just say, also I heard you can get a month of prime when something isn't delivered? I haven't tried this but remember reading it somewhere too

 

Nah, just don't say anything and they'll do it on their own. Amazon's refund policies are extremely generous, so your order will likely be refunded as well.

 

Last time that happened to me I got a free month of a prime, the item was reshipped, and the original one eventually showed up a few weeks later.

 

I once messaged them because they didn't update the status of an order that had actually been delivered and still got the full refund.

 

They just deduct the cost from the warehouse employee raises.

the good thing about these is no qual required you can do 1 per batch but he drops multiple batches a day usually I don't bother but I know people who do and say it adds up over the day

 

Hopefully at least one of those happens. I am mostly annoyed because I never see the cat litter I buy anywhere and now have to go buy some random one in the meantime
