Silicon Valley might be one of my favorite HBO shows ever. It's the perfect example why I never transitioned from research to commercial software engineering.

Have you ever had grits? It's just Italian grits.

 

It's exceptionally similar -it's also corn meal based (it's yellow cornmeal as opposed to white) but the prep tends to be a bit diff.

 

I love grits, drives @Ana* crazy. Now I need to try Italian grits.

 

Ah I could totally see you not liking game of thrones as much if you read the books.

If you want to watch a show rendered in powerpoint you are free to do so but this is a 'professional' product by netflix. They aren't exactly strapped for cash.

yeah I love the south park episodes where butters cant figure out why the show has so many dicks in it. I used to get so mad about the storyline not being like the books but when they passed where the books are I was like fuck it George RR Martin is never gonna release that shit anyways

Dude what happened? Ya'll need to keep fighting. It was way more entertaining that seeing people talk about the same 10 shows everyone else is already watching.

 

Pretty much! My grandma bunny taught me her recipe when I was but a wee thing and she would always make me this creamy polenta topped with some cheese and some meatballs or bolognese (whichever was her current leftover of choice). It blew my little mind and it's very comforting for me.

Nana Bunny shaped the way I approach a lot of things in life, down to the fact I also ditched my original given name for an animal name and rule my kitchen with a vicious wooden spoon.
