    My plan when I have a lot of money, or can afford it (whichever comes first) is to send my mother on a cruise to Ireland. She hates flying, and she has always wanted to go to Ireland but it has never been possible for her because they never had enough money for it. I don't know if that helps, but maybe that will give you some ideas.

    Firefox is superior to Chrome since the Quantum Update came out. However, most scripts people write for mturk seem to work better in Chrome. So I am using Chrome.

    but if I'll have the same annoyances as I do with chrome (mainly having to close and reopen all browser windows after a few hours because it starts getting sluggish) then what's the point?

    I have had some memory leak issues with firefox and tampermonkey, fyi. Your mileage may vary. I think it was something in Panda Crazy not cleaning up right.

    He can make her a scrapbook? Go and visit just because he misses her. Built her a mother in law suite when Y'all finally buy a house...that one would probably suck for you though.
    I feel like any kind of grand gesture would involve him actually being with her or making her something. She's got money so just buying her something, unless it's something she has always wanted/wanted to do and just never bought/done for herself, seems like the easy way. But I don't know her so :dunno:

    I was thinking of having a painting or something done of them as adults together or whatever. She has an oil painting of her and them as kids, but doesn't really have anything of her and matt together as adults. She got super weepy when I had a watercolor of matt's doggo done, so I'm thinking she might hit an all time mother high if I get a nice one of her and matty done and make him send her a nice little card too.

    Your computer could just be old? I don't have any issues on mine but I have a stupid amount of ram for a normal user. (24GB DDR3)
